I did the 6 week challenge and fell in love with this gym! (the 6 week challenge includes meeting a % body fat loss & attending 3 classes a week) The workouts and coaches were amazing and it really pushed me physically! Peak Fitness is great because it’s so doable - 45 min of intense HIIT training but it leaves you with enough so you can go consistently which in my opinion is so important to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I find it hard to be consistent with other workout programs. One month of Peak is enough to get me back into peak shape
